I've been on a British food thing, first starting with optimizing Yorkshire Pudding (post soon maybe?) and then figuring out what British people do with beef. Turns out they like to roll it in pastry sometimes? And that's what Beef Wellington is.
This is straight from the BBC so you know it's for real, but the cooking times are way off, I'd suggest doubling the final cooking time. I added an extra ten minutes but it still came out almost blue in the middle.
